1. The Affiliate Programme
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the FastPass Marketing Affiliate Programme (“Programme”), operated by FastPass Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our general Privacy Policy.
2. Becoming an Affiliate
Applications to join the Programme are reviewed manually and approved at our sole discretion. We may decline or remove any affiliate at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
3. Commission Structure
Commission is paid on qualifying membership sign-ups made through your unique referral link, tracked for 30 days from the date of the visitor’s first click. Rates vary by the membership plan the referred customer purchases:
- Free membership: 10%
- Basic plan: 15%
- Pro plan: 15%
- Premium plan: 25%
- Elite plan: 40%
- Ultimate plan: 50%
We may also offer renewal commissions and lifetime commissions on qualifying integrations; where active, these are shown in your affiliate dashboard. We reserve the right to change commission rates for future sales at any time, with reasonable notice posted to affiliates. Rate changes do not apply retroactively to commissions already earned.
4. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases, or on purchases made using their own referral link for accounts they own or control. Any commission generated this way will be void.
5. Payment Terms
Payouts are reviewed and issued manually. Commission becomes eligible for payout once the underlying sale is no longer subject to refund or chargeback. We currently pay via PayPal and/or Bank Transfer, as selected at the time of your application; please ensure your payout details are accurate and kept up to date, as we are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect account you have provided.
6. Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following promotional activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the Programme and forfeiture of unpaid commission:
- Spam of any kind, including unsolicited email, social media messages, forum posts, or comment spam
- Bidding on our brand name, trademarks, or close misspellings of them in paid search advertising
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other technique that generates a referral without a genuine, informed action by the visitor
- False, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products, pricing, or the Programme itself
- Promotion on websites containing illegal, adult, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Incentivised traffic (e.g. “click my link and I’ll click yours”, cashback/reward schemes) unless we have given prior written approval
7. Use of Our Brand and Promotional Materials
We may provide banners, links, and other creative assets for your use in promoting us. These remain our property and are licensed to you solely for use within the Programme. You may not alter our logos or branding, or imply an employment, partnership, or endorsement relationship beyond that of an independent affiliate.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to earn further commission ceases immediately; any commission properly earned prior to termination and not associated with a breach of these Terms will still be paid according to our normal payment schedule.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates by email where practical.
